CANYON SPECIFIC CP0018 Cockpit Bolt

Once the headset has been set with the Canyon Headset Setting Tool (shown in the photos) and removed before riding, there is nothing to keep everything safe and securely done up .  . . so we have decided to manufacture this bolt for our Canyon Customers who have the CP0018 cockpit - it has been manufactured from superior materials and is designed for added peace-of-mind - here is the spec of our new bolt . . .

• MATERIAL = Stainless Steel
• COLOUR = Natural Shiny Silver, Black PVD or Gold TiN Coated
• TOTAL LENGTH = 40mm
• THREAD PITCH = fine (0.5mm)
• a clean 4mm Hex Key is needed
• FINGER TIGHT ONLY

As you can see - our new CP0018 bolt has been manufactured to precisely the oem Canyon installation tool.

This is the only bolt available on the market with the correct length and thread type that will work with your CP0018 HandleBar System - FINGER TIGHT ONLY - DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN - it's just there to keep everything in place.
