We make and ship your KAPZ purchases every single working day of the year from KAPZ HQ - THERE ARE NO PRODUCTION DELAYS - but please remember that, once shipped, we rely on the postal services around the world to deliver your KAPZ products to you.
Getting your KAPZ to you is our responsibility . . . sometimes things can go wrong and delays can occur, especially at busy times of the year - when they do, we always do our very best to try and sort things out as quickly and as humanly possible.
