We have now completed production of our first batch of 3D Printed TiTanium Roval headset caps - hand-finished in black or silver, they are now ready for your custom design.

We can customise this cap with any design you want, including both text and images of your choosing - it comes with a special titanium bolt too!

PLEASE NOTE - 3D printed products are NOT CNC perfect - they are not exactly flat or 100% smooth - even hand-polished they can have their own undulations on the finished product. They are all hand-polished and as such may not be perfectly flat - they are not machined and the polishing process is very labour-intensive and as it's done by hand and finished by-eye.

HOWEVER - THEY ARE ALL AMAZING and the best possible finish we can create for you - you will not be disappointed.
