PRODUCTION & DELIVERY - The production time on all DECEMBER orders is around 3 working days max (ULTIMATE engraved orders can take a little longer) - please be patient and feel completely confident that we are doing our very best to complete your order as quickly and as efficiently as possible to the very highest standards of craftsmanship possible. Everything we make is made by hand and must be perfect, prior to despatch. Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped out to you as soon as possible using the shipping method that you have chosen.
INSTALLATION - The standard bolt that comes with your KAPZ is made of alloy and is designed to be nipped up gently, using a 5mm hex-key, with your fingers only - DO NOT OVER-TIGHTEN THE BOLT please.
