using the laser to full-effect
one of our customers sent us a very sorry looking ENVE cap that had been previously sanded and painted - and is now bubbling paint - the ideal situation is to end up with an anodised orange cap
so we have set about stripping the old paint off - which was both on top and underneath

stripping the top was pretty simple - but underneath is a whole box of worms!!
the underside of the cap has so many different heaights and cut outs - it would be impossible to strip the paint off by hand . . . so I thought lets try and laser the paint off - and it is the perfect process for stripping the paint from intricate shapes
never used our laser etching machine for this and . . . the laser will leave a fairly rough surface, but for the underside, which you won't see, I am happy with that
