We created the worlds first Boltless Headset Cap in 2013.
Designed as a direct replacement for any 1 1/8″ (32mm) traditional cap and bolt system, our boltless caps are a marvel of modern design, engineering and function. Easy to fit and easy to maintain – you can customise your very own boltless, engraved headset caps here – any design/any text/any logos you want.
Our boltless headset caps are a direct replacement for any normal 1 1/8″ headset cap and come with everything you need to fit them to your bicycle . . . in about 12.2 seconds 🙂 and our design is protected under European Law – design number 4036724 at the UK Patent Office 2014
